Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Scotch & Soda purchase, which is why we offer a 60-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products like earrings and swimwear are only eligible for return if the seal remains unbroken.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log into our online return portal using your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are still attached, and include the completed return form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 to 14 business days.
